This was a pro-bono project to create a new brand identity for the merger of Washington Humane Society and Washington Animal Rescue League.
We spent a couple of months working on logo and tagline development, creating a brand identity as new and refreshed as the recently merged organization itself: Humane Rescue Alliance.
I led the copywriting efforts with a copywriter colleague and presented several ideas to the client. The new brand and organization was revealed at a press event in Washington, D.C. and covered by several publications including the Washington Post and NBC.
Most importantly, we got to play with some puppies!
