RED NOSE DAY
RED NOSE DAY
Comic Relief
Red Nose Day x Ring Brand Partnership Campaign
Context: Each year, Red Nose Day uses the power of laughter to raise funds for critical causes. Being the home of the nose, Amazon wanted to amplify the movement and help raise £3 million through red nose sales.
Insight: Ring invented the world's first video doorbell to provide an extra layer of security and peace of mind at customers' front doors—but they didn't expect was millions of videos shared online of funny and heartfelt moments that happen at people's doorsteps.
Idea: Amazon knows a thing or two about delivery. But when it comes to delivering jokes, we could use a little help. So we enlisted comedian Guz Khan to help an Amazon driver learn the art of joke delivery. Meanwhile Catherine Bohart engaged in a battle of jokes with Alexa. We turned doorsteps into a comedy club inviting Brits to share their best knock-knock joke captured via Ring. All of it leading to Amazon.Com where folks could shop red noses.

Comic Relief and Ring turn every doorstep into a comedy club for Red Nose Day.

UGC Challenge: “Donate a Joke”

Guz Khan & Ring influencers invite Brits to turn their doorstep into a stand-up stage by sharing their jokes via their Ring video cameras to spread laughter and awareness for a good cause.
